A dream for sale

Who has never dreamed to have his own lake. That special place for us carp anglers filled with candy we call carp. Unfortunately, for many of us it’s  just a dream but every now and then there are those that take step and jump. There are opportunities in all price categories, smells and colors and different sizes. In this article I will try guide you guys on everything from buying a water until  finally running a water.
  
First, and probably the most important of the entire setup is determining your budget. This will depend on what your final plans are. Do you want to go live at the lake or just buy the lake as a private place to stay where only a select group has access.
